As someone who has gone through IVF six times, I remember researching and looking into anything that would not only decrease my stress as I cycled, but may help success rates. Yoga has been shown to have many emotional and physical benefits, but not ALL yoga is conducive to fertility or fertility treatments.

By specializing in Fertility Yoga, we can focus on where you are in your cycle or treatment. Focusing on stress reduction, blood flow to the pelvic organs, and decreasing tension in your pelvic muscles. All of which has lead to increased fertility and benefits fertility treatment!

Once I became pregnant, I wanted to continue my yoga journey. Still focusing on reducing stress but I now had the added physical stress of the little person in my belly! Back aches, leg cramps, shoulder tension. You name it, I had it. Prenatal Yoga was so helpful, especially as I was further along in my pregnancy! In each session, we will focus on what is ailing you that week. We will take the time to work on restorative poses as well, leaving you feeling calm and strong.

 Looking to relax and unwind with personal yoga sessions? Our sessions are available for those trying to conceive and for those who are already pregnant. Both can be purchases as single sessions for $50 or as a 4-session package ($170).
