Session 1: How to pump smarter, not longer. This session, we would cover pumping techniques specific to your particular pump brand and how to get the most milk out in the least amount of time, streamlining your pumping experience. Focusing on: are you using shields that are the correct size for you? How to get multiple let downs in a short session, and how long should you be pumping for?

Session 2: Back to work. Pump storage, pumping bra for your size and the easiest pump and go experience, transport, tips and tricks for the pumping mom to navigate the return to the workplace. Also, your rights regarding pumping at work!

Session 3: Maintaining and/or Increasing supply using research driven techniques. Understanding realistic expectations regarding output and increases. What CAN we do to ensure steady supply and prevent drops in production? We will also work through a power pumping session this week.

Session 4: Bumps in the boob, I mean in the road. Clogs, Mastitis, galactagogues, OH MY! We talk urban legends, we talk drying up supply, we TALK. Consider it a mostly talk therapy session regarding your pump experience.
